The History of Property Investment Portfolio
|
How it began… Property entrepreneur, Arv Soar, 36, began his career in property investment as a teenager managing his father's property portfolio from his hometown of Nottingham. After University, Arv decided that property was his passion and wanted to carve out a career for himself in the industry. After successfully buying and letting his first property in Nottingham whilst studying at University, his portfolio just grew from there, as he focused on refurbishment and refinancing. Over the past 10 years, Arv has invested in regeneration zones across the north of England and the Midlands and has built up a portfolio of over 200 properties, worth in excess of £20 million. |

Property Investment Portfolio Today …
Arv set up Property Investment Portfolio (P.I.P.), to help others achieve what he has in today's competitive property market. P.I.P. nearly doubled its first year targets and Arv is growing the business by moving onto bigger projects and expanding the company's portfolio across the UK and abroad. P.I.P. is based in Nottingham and along with its investment in regeneration, also has a new build arm, which has recently successfully completed luxury apartment blocks in Derby and Nottingham, with plans in place for further developments in Mansfield and Nottingham.
