Buffalo is located on Lake Erie and close to Niagara Falls

Map). It is the second largest city in the state of New
York and has a strong history of innovation. This combined
with many initiatives, development projects and opportunities
which are coming together to reinvigorate and revitalize the
city. The capital growth in Buffalo is set to reach around
5% in 2008. Buffalo has seen record investment recently, with
over $3 billion in projects. One of the objectives of Buffalo
Niagara Enterprise, a private business development organisation,
is to attract bioinformatics and human genome research companies
to the downtown Buffalo Niagara Medical campus expanding the
population across socio-economic groups. Now is the right
time to invest in one of the cheapest housing markets in the
world.
Borrowing is not America's favourite subject at the moment, and there are few lenders willing to lend on houses worth under $60,000 - something we find very strange in the case of the properties we are looking at with such phenomenal cash-flow. For this reason we will be offering our investors these properties on a cash deal basis, but please don't be put off we do have other options for finance available, please call to discuss. The lenders in the UK (who are predominantly adverse to sub-prime lending) would be encouraging buy-to-let investors to purchase these as the security on a property generating over a 30% return on initial investment is clear.
