Shared Equity Schemes – Own 100% of your home without the full deposit typically required to purchase. Monthly payments typically work out less than you would otherwise be paying in rent for the same property!

Let with an Option to Buy – If you are currently unable to buy your own home as you can’t get a mortgage, you can rent from us with an option to buy the property at a later date, but at a pre-agreed price set when you move in to the property. While you rent from us, one of our designated financial advisors can provide helpful insight to help you improve your credit rating, so getting a mortgage later along the line will be easier!
