| PIP has been refurbishing houses for over 10 years, from
general decorating to complete refurbishment of single houses
to new build, both in the residential and commercial sector.

We understand that you don’t have to be a DIY person to hold a buy to let property, we specialise in working with investors from all over the world and its important to know that you are dealing with a company that can offer full back up and support services should the need arise 24 hours 7 days a week.
We currently have projects underway in both Nottingham and Hull, which encompass basic refurbishment of houses, apartments, industrial sites to new build of apartments. Please see current projects for more information.
For our investors we source properties or offer refurbished properties, where we source we will provide quotes should the property require work. If the property is owned in house, we will ensure that the property is offered to a certain standard.
Silver Standard – visual inspection
- Kitchen to a lettable standard and clean
- Bathroom tiled to splash back level and clean
- Decoration clean and tidy
- Visual inspection for potential damp*
- Carpets and floor coverings clean, presentable and suitable for letting
- Exterior clean and tidy
- Roof visually inspected externally for missing tiles or ridges, flat roofs inspected visually
- Gutters clean
- Gates on rear yards if required
- Windows in good condition
- Corgi gas safety certificate (if sourced a charge will apply)
Gold Standard
- Kitchen to a lettable standard in most cases it may have been replaced or worktops replaced
- Bathroom will have had work done, tiles replaced or regrouted suite upgraded or replaced
- Shower fitted mixer or electric
- Heating system upgraded or replaced with gas or electric heaters
- New decoration, which may include new paper, all walls ceilings, and woodwork
- All woodwork inspected and replaced if required including doors, skirtings stair rails etc.
- Visual inspection for damp*
- New floor coverings as required
- Replacement of windows either wooden or double glazing as required please note
- We may replace part as we will not leave a property part double glazed. We like to ensure the property is fully double glazed.
- Exterior clean and tidy, we may have painted the exterior if it has been in the past, or painted the stone lintels etc.
- Roof visually inspected externally for missing tiles or ridges, flat roofs inspected visually.
- Gutters clean
- Gates on rear yards if required
- Corgi gas safety certificate (if sourced a charge will apply otherwise we will provide this)
- Alarm system fitted
Platinum Standard
- Kitchen to a lettable standard in most cases it may have been replaced or worktops replaced
- Bathroom will have had work done, tiles replaced or regrouted suite upgraded or replaced
- Shower fitted mixer or electric
- Heating system upgraded or replaced with gas or electric heaters
- New decoration, which may include new paper, all walls ceilings, and woodwork
- All woodwork inspected and replaced if required including doors, skirtings stair rails etc.
- Damp proof report provided with a certificate if required*
- Electrics inspected to minimum part P level or full NIEIC certificate provided**
- New floor coverings as required
- Replacement of windows to double glazing as required please note we may replace part as we will not leave a property part double glazed. We will ensure the property is fully double glazed.
- Exterior clean and tidy, we may have painted the exterior if it has been in the past, or painted the stone lintels etc.
- Roof visually inspected externally for missing tiles or ridges, flat roofs inspected visually
- Gutters clean
- Gates on rear yards if required
