With more and more buyers finding it difficult to buy their own home in the current market, Property Investment Portfolio are now able to help by offering property to first time buyers and owner occupiers with incentives that require the buyer to move in for as little as just 5% of a property’s value.
We now have infrastructure in place that allows us to work with buyers to minimise the money they require to buy, while keeping their monthly repayments low. Director Arv Soar commented

How it works –
- You buy 100% of a property but pay an agreed percentage of the purchase price. You will own your own home straight away as soon as legal completion takes place.
- You do not need to pay interest on the outstanding percentage of the property for 10 years!
- When you sell your property, or in 10 years (whichever is earliest) you repay the relevant percentage of the then market value of that property. You keep any additional capital gain that the property has appreciated by.
- You own 100% of your home – this is a shared equity, not a shared ownership scheme!
- You do not need to be a first time buyer although the property you buy must be for your own occupation.
- Our interest in the property is protected by means of a second
charge, behind the first charge of your mortgage lender.
