Terms And Conditions

1) Formal agreements will be drawn between each investor and Goldman Hunter Homes Ltd T/A Property Investment Portfolio setting out the details of the purchase.

2) The investor will pay a reservation fee of £500 (Unless otherwise agreed) to Goldman Hunter Homes Ltd or an appointed introducer of Goldman Hunter Homes Ltd.

3) Reservations will only count as a sale once cleared funds have reached Goldman Hunter Homes Ltd’s bank account.

4) All reservation fees are non-refundable unless the property / development is withdrawn from sale by the vendor. However, all investors are granted a 7 day cooling off period for which all funds are fully refundable.

5) Should the buyer not be able to obtain suitable finance for whatever reason then the buyer forfeits their reservation fee.


6) Investors will only use Goldman Hunter Homes Ltd recognised service suppliers for the acquisition. This ensures we are able to facilitate a smooth sales process as advertised.

7) Normal completion timescales are 4-8 weeks; however the Company reserves the right to extend this period at their discretion and/or the discretion of the developer without prior notice.

8) The investor will use the formal agreements provided by Goldman Hunter Homes Ltd as the instrument by which the property sale is recorded and agreed by all parties.

9) The investor may not alter or vary the terms of the contract provided by Goldman Hunter Homes Ltd without written permission of Goldman Hunter Homes Ltd.

10) The investor shall have no authority to enter into any negotiations with a service provider to change, alter or restructure the deal as stated/published by Goldman Hunter Homes Ltd without prior agreement.

11) The investor shall have no authority to agree a price/discount different than the price as published by Goldman Hunter Homes Ltd without the prior written agreement of Goldman Hunter Homes Ltd.

12) The investor shall not, either on his/its own behalf or on behalf of any other firm or company or party, contact or be involved directly or indirectly with the developer of the introduced properties or any other party acting for the developer.

13) All contact at development sites must be conducted by prior arrangement with Goldman Hunter Homes Ltd or a recognised introducer / agent.

14) No investor shall approach a developer or enter into negotiations for a site purchase on behalf of Goldman Hunter Homes Ltd.

15) All information relating to any deals offered to an investor by Goldman Hunter Homes Ltd is strictly confidential.

16) On legal completion of a sale the investor will be given the opportunity to have the property managed for sale and/or let

17) Upon legal completion the company (Goldman Hunter Homes Ltd) will have no further claim on the property.

18) Goldman Hunter Homes Ltd encourages investors to carry out their own due diligence. Prior to payment all investors must satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the investment.
